Ordamo has been live since July 25. After months of designing, building, and improving, Dutch works councils can now use the platform to organise their day-to-day work more clearly.
Ordamo brings meetings, documents, action points, topics, and formal requests together. This preserves the context surrounding each case and helps council members understand what is happening, which agreements have been made, and what still needs attention.
Built for Dutch works councils
Employee participation has its own processes and responsibilities. That is why Ordamo is not a generic task list, but software designed around the work of a works council.
Members can prepare meetings, connect documents to topics, follow up tasks, and monitor the progress of formal requests. Access controls ensure confidential information is only visible to the right people.
Going live means continuing to improve
The launch is not the finish line. As Ordamo is used in practice, we will continue improving the platform based on feedback from works councils. This helps us simplify features, add missing support, and stay aligned with the daily reality of council members.
We deliberately started with a strong foundation: clear meetings, well-organised information, and visible follow-up. From there, we will continue building a complete platform for modern employee participation.
